Welcome to Our Tasting Room

The Idaho Statesman recently did a review on some local Idaho Ports. Read what they had to say about our White Port, Ruby Port, and Tawny Port in their article entitled "Wine advice: Winter is the time for enjoying port wine" !

Visit our Tasting Rom to find our featured wine. We'll share ideas on how you might serve our featured wine and other tips you may find interesting. Be sure to check back frequently. We try to change the page every few months.

Chardonnay

This month's featured wine is our Chardonnay.

Our oak-aged Chardonnay is a light, crisp wine boasting flavors of peaches, pears and apples. The barrel aging gives it a smoky oak flavor. This wine has an excellent, smooth finish.

Serve well chilled. You'll find it excellent with a seafood salad or simply enjoy a nice cold glass on a warm summer afternoon.

This month's wine enthusiast's tip: Ever wonder about that sediment you'll occasionally find in the bottom of even a very fine bottle of wine? Click here ==> Fine Living Essentials to read an article that explains what it is and how you can eliminate it.

Here's a recipe for this month's featured wine!
